About Us

My name is Adam Kearns and I have been a fully qualified carpenter for over 20 years and have worked in all aspects of the building trade. I used to build custom loft conversions and now am focusing my time on offering a more cost-effective option for extra space in the home. I design and build each summer house personally, and I oversee every aspect of the build and installations to ensure my high standards are met. I work with the customer to ensure that they get as much as possible within the space available and their financial budget. We aim to please and will do our best to make sure the customer is happy. We offer basic design’s or can even build completely custom designs to suit your needs.

We source the best quality, pressure treated tanalisied timber to ensure the longevity of your summer house, so that you can enjoy your new space for as long as possible with minimal maintenance. I pride myself on using thicker, more substantial timber, for a stronger build. We use high quality flooring which allows for a stronger, sturdier base, and thicker cladding for the exterior. We can offer more bespoke builds using other cladding materials such as composite cladding or Cedar wood cladding, for a more exclusive look.

While I oversee the building and installation process, my wife Rachel runs the office ensuring enquiries and quotes are dealt with and responded to as quickly as possible. Were on hand to offer advice, recommendations, and anything you require from ordering to installation.
